We are offering the cheapest opportunity to experience flying!

Contact us and we will help arrange a time for your flight. There are a number of flight instructors ready to help you take the first step.

From AOPA Online: Finding A Flight Instructor:

“No person will be more influential in nurturing your desire to fly than your first flight instructor. A good flight instructor will make the flight training process enjoyable while challenging, teaching you the intricacies of flight at a pace that is suitable to your schedule and level of learning.It is therefore important that you are comfortable with your instructor and his or her method of teaching. If a personality or schedule conflict arises, find someone else to teach you. A professional flight instructor will understand and accept your choice to fly with someone else. Remember, you are the one paying for the flight lessons.”

Financial activity for the UTSI Aero Club:

As of 08/20/2008, we have $650.32 on hand.

We still owe $1000 in labor charges for the annual. $1341.68 was paid for parts.
Our last known balance with Tullahoma Aviation was paid in full.

On 08/13/2008, the UTSI Aero Club had a balance of $2450.

There was a bill of $2341.68 for the most recent annual (August 2008) on the club aircraft.
There was an unpaid balance of $458 dated April 2008 for gas and oil from Tullahoma Aviation.

Hello, the new costs for flying with the UTSI Aero Club are:

$100 Yearly Membership Fee

$75 Per Single Hour (Wet) - Purchased “Per Hour”

$70 Per Single Hour (Wet) - Purchased In Block Of Ten Hours

The Yearly Membership Fee must be paid to become a Full Member. Only a Full Member is entitled to the purchase of flying hours on the Cessna 150. Full Membership will begin on the date you pay the Yearly Membership Fee and end on the same date of the following calendar year.

The Aero Club invites everyone to be an Associate Member. Associate Membership is free! Become an Associate Member to stay informed of club events and other news.

Are you a CFI and currently training a UTSI Aero Club Full Member on our Cessna 150? If so, we will waive the $100 Yearly Membership Fee for you. Many of our members join so they can learn to fly. As an active CFI, you are helping to make the dreams of aspiring aviators a reality and ultimately helping our organization by drawing in new members. Thank you for your continued support!
